Spaghetti Squash With Sautéed Tomatoes

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 2 1/ 2 cups canned tomatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped basil
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 medium spaghetti squash, cooked
Season the tomatoes with coarse kosher salt and ground pepper to taste. Sauté tomatoes with garlic, basil, and olive oil for a few minutes until aroma is released and tomatoes are soft. Toss with cooked spaghetti squash.
