Frozen Italian Paloma Pitcher

"Say hello to one of the best frozen cocktails of the summer. This takes inspiration from my “Campari-To-Kill-Ya” cocktail using both tequila and Campari. You can even sub the tequila for Mezcal if you’d prefer! Make sure to save this recipe so you can have them on a hot summer day!"

Recipe Card


  • 2 cups Tequila
  • 1 cup Campari
  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice
  • 1/2 cup Lime Juice
  • 1 cup Grapefruit Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Simple Syrup
  • 2 cups Topo Chico w/ Lime
  • Ice
  • Lime or Grapefruit Wheel


  • Step 1

    In a blender add tequila, campari, lime juice, orange juice, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, topo chico and ice.

  • Step 2

    Pulse until desired texture; smooth, slushee, etc.

  • Step 3

    Pour into pitcher or glasses and garnish with an orange or lime wheel.
