- 1 cup almond milk
- 5 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 mango, peeled and pureed
- 1/ 3 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Combine chia seeds and milk in a jar. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. Stir in mango puree, yogurt and maple syrup before serving.
