  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1/ 2 frozen banana
  • 1/ 2 zucchini, peeled
  • 1 serving of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • a pinch of himalayan salt
