For dough

5 cups flour
2 cups warm water
5 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt

Directions

In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients and make a soft dough. (You can make 4 pizzas with this dough.)

Leave it in refrigerator for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, divide it into 4 pieces and choose one. (You can save the other pieces in the fridge for 3 days)

For filling:

Tomato or red pepper sauce,
Tomato slices,
Organic eggs (Also you can use quail eggs)
Spinach (or other vegetables),
Sesame (or nigella)

Method

Roll your dough into a rectangle big enough to make it about 2cm thick. (You can use some flour if necessary)

Put it on tray and spread it by using your fingers.

Make borders and add ingredients of choice.

Preheat the oven to 350 F(180 C) and cook for about 25 - 30 minutes, until it turns golden brown.

Serve warm and with a glass of tea.

PS: The baked dough (the final dough) won't be so soft, a little bit crispy.
