Base
ingredients
- 50 grams oats
- 120 ml almond milk
- 3/4 banana, mashed
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy yogurt
- 30 grams vanilla soy protein (optional), plus extra almond milk to mix
Chocolate Topping
ingredients
- 1 heaping tablespoon cacao powder
- 100 grams soy yogurt
- 2 1/2 tablespoons boiling water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
Step 1
Mix the base ingredients together and refrigerate for at least an hour (ideally overnight).
Step 2
In the morning, mix the cacao powder with boiling water until dissolved. Then add in the yogurt and vanilla.
Step 3
Layer this on top of the oats and top with the last bit of banana.
