- 1 tortilla
- 1 small chicken breast, seasoned with cajun seasoning and air fried for 10 minutes
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 beefsteak tomato, sliced
- 15 grams cheddar cheese
- Handful of spinach
Method
Step 1
Mash the avocado. Spread it on the tortilla. Layer with the cooked chicken, tomato, spinach and cheese. Fold the tortilla to form a wrap.
Step 2
Bring a nonstick pan to medium-high heat. Grill the wrap on both sides until golden.
