ingredients

  • 1 tortilla
  • 1 small chicken breast, seasoned with cajun seasoning and air fried for 10 minutes
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 beefsteak tomato, sliced
  • 15 grams cheddar cheese
  • Handful of spinach

Method

  • Step 1

    Mash the avocado. Spread it on the tortilla. Layer with the cooked chicken, tomato, spinach and cheese. Fold the tortilla to form a wrap.

  • Step 2

    Bring a nonstick pan to medium-high heat. Grill the wrap on both sides until golden.
