ingredients
- 1/2 avocado, sliced `
- 5 slices of wild caught smoked salmon
- a handful of pickled red onions
- a few green olives
- 1/2 heirloom tomato, sliced `
- 1/2 medium cucumber, sliced `
- handful of fresh dill
- 2 big handfuls mixed greens
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil
- drizzle of white balsamic
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- sprinkle of hemp seeds
Method
Step 1
Add the mixed greens to the bowl as the base of your salad.
Step 2
Top with slices of smoked salmon, avocado, cucumbers, olives, pickled red onions, tomatoes, and fresh dill.
Step 3
Drizzle on the fresh lemon juice, extra-virgin olive oil, and white balsamic.
Step 4
Top with a pinch of sea salt, fresh black pepper, and a sprinkle of hemp seeds. Serve.
