A Note from Feedfeed

Moon milk is the perfect comforting drink is sip on during a cold, raining day or when you need some comfort. We recommend sipping on this warm milk while curled up with a good book.

ingredients

  • 280 millileters cashew milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon lavender buds
  • 1 teaspoon Butterfly Pea Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Aswagandha Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, ground

Method

  • Step 1

    Add the milk and lavender to a small pan and heat until warm to infuse. Stand for 5 minutes then strain into a clean pan, discarding the lavender.

  • Step 2

    Add some boiled water to a mug to warm.

  • Step 3

    Add the remaining ingredients and heat, whilst whisking until steaming point. Either using a milk frother or a whisk, whisk to create a light foam.

  • Step 4

    Discard the water from the mug, pour in your moon milk and enjoy.
