ingredients

  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 ounces Tequila
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Splash soda water
  • Lemon wheel, for garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    Add the honey, tequila, lemon juice and a handful of crushed ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously then pour into a highball glass.

  • Step 2

    Top with sparkling water and garnish with a lemon wheel. Enjoy!
