  • 1 large avocado
  • 3/4 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasonings
  • Salt and black pepper, To Taste
  • 1 pound pasta, or pasta of choice, cooked according to package directions


  • Step 1

    Blend avocado, crushed tomatoes, oil, nutritional yeast, and spices until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste. Toss sauce with cooked pasta. Add a little water if desired to thin out the sauce.
