TEA NOTES: Prized for its smoky flavor, Lapsang Souchong is a black tea that’s intentionally smoked over pine to achieve its signature flavor. It tastes like drinking a campfire in the best way. And fun fact: it’s one of the teas thrown into the harbor during the Boston Tea Party. It’s an acquired taste for most Americans but I love the occasional cup, especially paired with bourbon. And marshmallows. And chocolate bitters.
