ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Annie's Homegrown Organic Cheddar Bunnies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken tenders
  • olive oil
  • ranch dressing, for dipping

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375F.

  • Step 2

    Combine crushed Annie's Homegrown Organic Cheddar Bunnies and Panko bread crumbs on a plate. In a shallow dish, mix together sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.

  • Step 3

    Dip chicken tenders in the sour cream then into the cracker crumbs. Place coated chicken on a rimmed baking sheet with an oven safe cooling rack. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.

  • Step 4

    Bake for 20 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer inserted in the center registers 165F. Serve with ranch for dipping.
