Chocolate Molten Chocolate Cake

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 16 ounces dark chocolate
  • cocoa powder, for dusting


  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350˚F

  • Step 2

    Prepare chocolate cake mix per package directions and transfer into a greased bundt pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes, let it cool and invert onto a large plate.

  • Step 3

    Heat the heavy cream until it starts to boil and pour over the dark chocolate in a bowl. Let sit for a minute and mix until smooth.

  • Step 4

    Pour the melted chocolate in the center, till it overflows and covers the cake completely. Dust the cake with cocoa powder. Let sit for 30 minutes, cut and enjoy.
