"Skip those pre-packaged, frozen potatoes and try some homemade baked sweet potato tots instead! They are easy, delicious and so much healthier. Serve them up with a side of @Chobani Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt dipping sauce for the perfect party appetizer! Get the full recipe below. #Chobani #ChoSquad #ad Cook 2 large, peeled sweet potatoes (about 2 lbs total weight) in a pot of boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain and cool. Shred the sweet potatoes into a bowl using a box grater. Mix in 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1 teaspoon black pepper. Using your hands, form the mixture into individual tots, using a rounded tablespoon of the mixture for each tot. You should have 30-32 tots. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Place the tots on the parchment paper. Then spray the tops of the tots with non-stick cooking spray. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 40 minutes, carefully flipping the tots over once half way through cooking. Meanwhile, combine 1/2 cup Chobani Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon chili sauce and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a small bowl. Ingredients

2 large sweet potatoes, peeled (about 2 lbs total in weight)

For the dipping sauce

2 tablespoons dijon mustard

1 tablespoon of honey

1 tablespoon chili sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt

 

Method
