  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 fresh bananas
  • 4 dates
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup almond milk, or other non dairy milk

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Divide between glasses.
