Now this is my type of dessert - chocolate and black sesame!

1 lb 70% chocolate (good quality and/or organic fair trade chocolate)
1/4 cup Black sesame seeds
Generous handful of crystalized ginger

Chop Crystalized ginger. In small fry pan gently toast sesame seeds (a touch of butter can be used). Using a mortar and pestle gently break up sesame seeds to just release flavor.

Melt chocolate in double boiler over medium heat as soon as it's melted, remove from heat to "temper" as best as possible. On a baking sheet lined with parchment, spread chocolate to about 1/3" thick and sprinkle with ingredients. Place baking sheet in refrigerator until completely cool.  Break up into pieces and share!
