ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen spinach, drained and thawed
  • 1 can artichokes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella, divided
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Heat a saucepan and add olive oil. Add in frozen spinach and sauté until cooked. Once spinach is cooked, drain and thaw it.

  • Step 2

    In a food processor, add in artichokes, thawed spinach, cooking cream, cream cheese and sour cream. Process for 30 seconds. Remove lid and add in 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Process for 45 seconds. Add spinach dip to skillet. Top with remaining mozzarella & parmesan cheese. Bake for 13-15 minutes until cheese is melted.

  • Step 3

    Remove from oven and serve with tortilla chips, salsa and sour cream. Enjoy!
