  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, sliced

  • 3 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayonnaise

Method

  • Step 1

In a bowl, mix the chicken thighs with the soy sauce, the garlic and the eggs.

  • Step 2

In another bowl, whisk together the flour and the cornstarch. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 3

Add the chicken to the flour mixture and mix until the chicken is well coated. Remove excess flour and set the chicken pieces aside.
