- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions and set aside.

Toss salmon cubes with avocado oil, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Air fry for 14 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through.
