Pineapple, Apple and Cabbage Smoothie Bowls

Yield: Serves or Makes 2
Add ingredients directly to your favorite online grocery cart (where available).
- 2 cups napa cabbage
- 3/4 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 apple
- 1 large knob fresh ginger
- Handful fresh mint
- 1 scoop lentil superfood powder
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon ashwaghanda mushroom powder
- 1/2 cup coconut water
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Divide into 2 bowls.
