ingredients

  • 2 cups napa cabbage
  • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 large knob fresh ginger
  • Handful fresh mint
  • 1 scoop lentil superfood powder
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ashwaghanda mushroom powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut water

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Divide into 2 bowls.
