For the Truffles:

  • gluten-free granola
  • unsweetened coconut flakes


  • Step 1

    Roll each Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough LÄRABAR® Bar half into a ball and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet that will fit in your fridge or freezer. Place truffles in the freezer to chill for 5 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Meanwhile, add the chocolate chunks to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave using 30-second intervals, stirring between intervals, until the chocolate is melted.

  • Step 3

    Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, letting excess chocolate drip off into the bowl. Place on the baking sheet and add desired toppings.

  • Step 4

    Let chill in the fridge or freezer for about 15 minutes, or until chocolate has hardened. Store in the fridge.
