Focaccia Bouquet

(251)
"I’ve always considered food to be art and I’ve always known myself to be a frustrated artist. I’ve always been a creative. I was an art major in college and for a very long time now, my creativeness has come out and manifested itself in my culinary adventures. To me, food is incredibly beautiful and for a long time I have considered it to be my muse. I’m a visual person who gets inspired by a beautiful image and pretty things. I began to see this ‘Focaccia Art’ on social media a couple of weeks ago and immediately was transfixed. Taking something so ordinary and turning it into extraordinary by simply adding a few ingredients. Painting the canvas of dough with some veggies and herbs and creating effortless beauty. That’s my jam and I knew I had to take a stab at it."
