ingredients

  • 7 ounces Butternut squash puree
  • 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/3 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Evaporated milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Par-baked pie shell

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven at 350 F.

  • Step 2

    Mix all the ingredients and pour into par-baked pie shell.

  • Step 3

    Bake for 50 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Note: if you cannot find butternut squash puree, theres many options You can use pumpkin puree instead. To make butternut squash puree, simply boil peeled diced butternut for 10 minutes or until soft. Then use a masher to puree.
