Big Batch Winter Spiced Negroni

This clasic negroni is spiced with wintery flavors from cinnamon to splashes of mulled wine! It's sure to warm you up during your next winter happy hour, and you can easily entertain a crowd with a batch of this.

Prep time 4hrs


  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 5 whole cloves
  • 10 allspice berries, crushed
  • 10 coriander seeds, crushed
  • 1/ 2 star anise
  • 1/ 3 grated nutmeg
  • 8 ounces Beefeater
  • 8 ounces Campari
  • 4 ounces sweet vermouth
  • 4 ounces mulled wine


  • Step 1

    Toast all the spices in a dry pan until they start to release their aromas. Transfer to large sealed jar. Add the remaining ingredients to the jar. Let infuse for at least 4 hours.

  • Step 2

    Strain through a cheesecloth. Add just under 7 ounces of water. Serve!
