Peach Basil Vodka Fizz
We take happy hour very seriously around here. Peach & Basil Sparklers (we used vodka + champagne for the fizz) are sweet & herbal & fizzy & DELICIOUS! We're sipping on them now while we make pizza for dinner. -@crowded_kitchen

  • 1/ 2 cup sugar
  • 1/ 2 cup water
  • 1/ 4 cup basil leaves
  • 1/ 2 (ounce) lime juice
  • 1 (ounce) basil, simple syrup
  • 1 1/ 5 (ounce) vodka
  • 2 (ounce) peach juice
  • Champagne, for topping


  • Step 1

    In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Stir until dissolved and then remove from heat and add basil leaves. Let infuse for 30 mins and then strain syrup.

  • Step 2

    For each drink, combine lime juice, 1oz basil simple syrup, vodka, peach juice & shake over ice. Pour into glass and top off with champagne. Garnish with basil and fresh peaches. Enjoy!!
