Blackened Fish Tacos

(4)
"Fish tacos are one of those meals you can’t get bored of. I mean tacos are life, period! My favorite type of fish to use for fish tacos is Talapia. It has a very mild flavor so you can season it with whatever seasoning, it defrosts fast (if you buy frozen) and it’s fairly cheap. We enjoy ours three ways: pan seared, blackened and panko breaded. _ For these tacos you need: Talapia, blackened seasoning (or Cajun or chili lime), toasted tortilla of your choice, chopped romanian lettuce, mango salsa (mango, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper) and garnished with cotija cheese (or panella or queso fresco) _ Directions: ➡️ season your fish and pan sear. It takes just few min, you don’t want to overcook it otherwise the fish will be dry. When done, just flake it with your fork. Meanwhile prep your salsa - chop everything and mix together. ➡️ toast your tortilla and assemble everything. Everything should take less than 30min including prep Have a fantastic Thursday Friends! I am so ready for the weekend, who else is with me? #tacos #fishtacos #easyrecipes #simplerecipes"
