ingredients

  • 11 frozen cranberries Just defrost the frozen cranberries first by rinsing under cold water until defrosted.
  • 1 tablespoon honey⁠⁠
  • 2 ounces bourbon⁠⁠
  • 4 ounces ginger kombucha⁠⁠
  • Splash of cranberry juice⁠⁠
  • Thyme sprigs for garnish⁠⁠

Method

  • Step 1

    In a mason jar or cocktail shaker, add the cranberries and honey. Smash together with a muddler, wooden spoon or fork until the cranberries release their juices.⁠⁠

  • Step 2

    Add bourbon and shake well a couple of times until combined.⁠⁠

  • Step 3

    Garnish with thyme sprig and enjoy!⁠⁠
