ingredients
- 11 frozen cranberries Just defrost the frozen cranberries first by rinsing under cold water until defrosted.
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 ounces bourbon
- 4 ounces ginger kombucha
- Splash of cranberry juice
- Thyme sprigs for garnish
Method
Step 1
In a mason jar or cocktail shaker, add the cranberries and honey. Smash together with a muddler, wooden spoon or fork until the cranberries release their juices.
Step 2
Add bourbon and shake well a couple of times until combined.
Step 3
Garnish with thyme sprig and enjoy!
