ingredients

  • 1 ounce Chairman's Reserve dark rum (or any dark rum)
  • 1/3 ounce Giffard Piment d'Espelette liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce vanilla syrup
  • 1/3 ounce Fresh lemon juice
  • Ginger ale, to top

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients but the ginger ale in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice.

  • Step 2

    Top with ginger ale and enjoy.
