  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 thinly sliced banana
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced strawberries

Method

  • Step 1

    Add coconut yogurt and vanilla paste to a bowl. Add flaxseed meal and chia seeds. Stir to combine. Allow yogurt mixture to set in the fridge until gelatinous for at least 30 minutes, up to 90 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Add blueberries, blackberries, pomegranate seeds to yogurt and fold to combine. Top yogurt bowl with sliced banana and strawberries. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon for serving. Store in refrigerator covered for up to two days.
