ingredients
- juice of 1/2 lime, plus 1/2 ounce
- 1 tablepsoon Big Sur Outlaw Salt
- 2 ounces vodka, (optional)
- 2 dashes hot sauce
- Pinch sea salt
- Pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 4 ounces Ordinary Mary Bloody Mary Mix
For Garnish

- Celery stalk
- Lime wedge
- Pimento stuffed Manzanilla olive
- Cornichon
Method
Step 1
Add juice of ½ lime to a shallow rimmed dish. Pour Big Sur Outlaw Salt into a second shallow rimmed dish. Dip rim of glass in lime juice, and then in salt to coat.
Step 2
Add ⅓ cup ice, vodka, hot sauce, sea salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and Ordinary Mary Bloody Mary Mix to the glass. Add celery stalk and stir to combine. Garnish with skewered lime wedge, Manzanilla olive, cocktail onion, and cornichon. Serve immediately.
