"Rosemary and garlic infused olive oil This is so simple to make and versatile to use in marinade, stir fried, as topping with salad, pasta, pizza or bread...endless choices. Just a little bit, it can fill the dishes so much flavor. 4 cloves of garlic 2 fresh rosemary springs 3 fresh sage 500ml olive oil Wash garlic and herbs and let them dry completely. Put the garlic and herbs in a saucepan then pour in the olive oil and make sure the oil entirely cover up the garlic and herbs. Don't bring it to boil. Let it simmer for 5-10 mins until all the fragrant come up. Switch off the heat and let it cool down then store in a clean dry bottle."
