- 6 vegan sausage links
- 4 vegan bacon strips
- 1 hard boiled egg, sliced
- 2 scrambled eggs
- 1/4 cup capers
- 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced `
- 1 English cucumber, sliced
- 5 mini peppers
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 avocado, sliced `
- Arugula, for garnish
Method
Step 1
Position the sliced bagels on the board, alternating flavors and shapes to create an aesthetically pleasing layout.
Step 2
Place dollops or spread the plain and chive cream cheese in small bowls or directly onto the bagel slices on the board.
Step 3
Arrange the cooked vegan sausage links and bacon strips in an appealing manner on the board.
