  • 10 asparagus spears, trimmed and chopped
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 5 sliced of prosciutto, chopped

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 400°F.
