Before you start, make sure to have some toasted nuts and chopped cilantro on hand for topping. When toasting nuts set your oven to 350°F and toast for 5-8 mins or until golden brown! It happens quicker than you think!

ingredients
- 1 slice sourdough or rye bread, grilled or toasted
- 6 ounces Ahi Tuna
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced and divided
- 1 teaspoon Gochujang paste
- 2 tablespoons toasted hazelnuts, crushed
- cilantro leaves, for garnish
Method
Step 1
Grill or toast bread.
Step 2
Spread avocado on bread and season with salt and lemon juice.
Step 3
Mix olive oil , chili paste, lemon juice together with tuna.
Step 4
Place tuna mix on avocado toast and top with chopped cilantro and nuts.
