ingredients

  • 2 small wraps (wholemean or white)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 8 sliced mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 diced red onion
  • 1 tablepsoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup whole egg mayonnise
  • 1/2 cup tuna
  • 1/4 avocado

Method

  • Step 1

    In a small bowl, mix together the celery, mint, coriander, salt, onion, lemon juice, mayonnaise and tuna.

  • Step 2

    Smash the avocado between the two wraps, leaving a boarder around the edges. Divide the tuna mixture on top of the avocado and roll. Slice and serve on a plate with dipping sauces of choice.
