ingredients

  • 17 pieces of Medjool dates
  • 80 grams Almonds
  • 100 grams Oats (gluten-free or not)
  • 3 tablepsoon Almond butter
  • 1 pinch of Sea salt
  • 200 grams Coconut yogurt
  • 200 grams Chocolate

Method

  • Step 1

    First start by making the crust : in a food processor blend the almonds, oats, Medjool dates, a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of almond butter together until everything comes together.

  • Step 2

    Pour the crust into a 8 inch tart pan, press gently to form the base and the edges. Place in the fridge while you prepare the filling.

  • Step 3

    For the filling, melt the chocolate in a pan over a bain-marie, let it cool then add the coconut yogurt, 1 tablespoon of almond butter and a pinch of sea salt.

  • Step 4

    Pour the filling over the base. Then let it cool for 3-4 hours or overnight in the fridge.

  • Step 5

    The next day, decorate with fresh raspberries, grated coconut or everything that you like ! And don't forget to enjoy !
