ingredients

  • 170 grams flour
  • 70 grams sugar
  • 60 grams no-sweetened apple puree
  • 65 grams coconut oil or vegan butter
  • 1 tablepsoon almond butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch a salt
  • To Taste chocolate chunks
  • To Taste hazelnuts
  • a pinch of sea salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven at 375°F (190° degrees).

  • Step 2

    Beat oil/butter, apple puree, sugar, almond butter and vanilla together in your stand mixer until everything is well combined.

  • Step 3

    Add flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, chocolate chunks and crushed hazelnuts. Mix everything together.

  • Step 4

    Place the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes, then spoon each cookie at the time on a baking tray. Add the remain chocolate and hazelnuts.

  • Step 5

    Bake for 12-15 minutes (watch them carefully so they don't burn). Take them out of the oven, add a pinch of sea salt on each cookie and enjoy !
