"My recent addiction - açaí bowl made of frozen bananas, mango, rasberries, black currants and açaí purée. I topped it with buckwheat granola, more fruits, soy yoghurt, cacao nibs and homemade almond butter. - 4 frozen bananas
- 1 medium frozen mango
- 1/4 cup soy milk
- 3/4 cup acai puree
- 3 tablespoons frozen black currants
- Granola, for topping (optional)
- Raspberries, for topping (optional)
- Almond butter, for topping (optional)
- Cacao nibs, for topping (optional)
Method
Step 1
Put all the ingredients in the Vitamix and blend it twice using ice cream program. Then transfer it into a bowl, add your favorite toppings and enjoy.
