"My recent addiction - açaí bowl made of frozen bananas, mango, rasberries, black currants and açaí purée. I topped it with buckwheat granola, more fruits, soy yoghurt, cacao nibs and homemade almond butter. Believe me, every time I transfer it to my @coconutbowls bowl I'm singing "Heaven, I'm in heaven.." 😂"

ingredients

  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 1 medium frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 3/4 cup acai puree
  • 3 tablespoons frozen black currants
  • Granola, for topping (optional)
  • Raspberries, for topping (optional)
  • Almond butter, for topping (optional)
  • Cacao nibs, for topping (optional)

Method

  • Step 1

    Put all the ingredients in the Vitamix and blend it twice using ice cream program. Then transfer it into a bowl, add your favorite toppings and enjoy.
