One ingredient that I have yet to come across in Dubai is green tomatoes. I saw these in a store here and had an urge to make this Coconut Green Tomato Chutney, an accompaniment I have been missing with my upma, idlis, vadas. I had a partial can of condensed milk languishing in the fridge, which resulted in this condensed milk pound cake with a raspberry swirl and an appropriately decadent amount of cream cheese icing.
