ingredients

  • 1 french baguette, sliced and toasted for serving
  • 8 ounces ricotta
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon thyme leaves, divided
  • 2 pears, cored and thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons chopped cashews or nut of choice.
  • 1 tablespoon hot honey
  • Flaky salt,

Method

  • Step 1

    Add ricotta, 1/2 teaspoon of thyme leaves, salt and pepper to the bowl of a food processor. Whip until smooth and creamy.

  • Step 2

    To assemble, layer ricotta, sliced pears, chopped nuts and drizzle with hot honey. Garnish with extra thyme and flakey salt.
