ingredients
- 1 french baguette, sliced and toasted for serving
- 8 ounces ricotta
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon thyme leaves, divided
- 2 pears, cored and thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons chopped cashews or nut of choice.
- 1 tablespoon hot honey
- Flaky salt,
Method
Step 1
Add ricotta, 1/2 teaspoon of thyme leaves, salt and pepper to the bowl of a food processor. Whip until smooth and creamy.
Step 2
To assemble, layer ricotta, sliced pears, chopped nuts and drizzle with hot honey. Garnish with extra thyme and flakey salt.
