Garlic Confit
ingredients
- 40 cloves of garlic
- 1 1/2 cups olive oil
- 5 sprigs of thyme
- large pinch salt
Garlic Confit
Method
Step 1
In an oven safe dish with lid combine all the ingredients.
Step 2
Once ingredients are combined, cover dish with lid or foil and bake at 250 F for 1.5 to 2 hours until the garlic is tender.
Step 3
Once baked, let the garlic sit, covered, in the oil for another hour.
Step 4
Store garlic, herbs and oil in a airtight glass container and keep in fridge for up to one month and enjoy with your favorite toast, pastas and more!

ingredients
- 2 spoonfuls of pesto
- 2 fresh eggs
- 2 pieces of toast, optional

Step 1
In a non-stick skillet on low-medium heat add pesto. Crack two eggs into the center of the pesto and cook to your desired temperature. Spread a spoonful of garlic confit onto the toasts and top with pesto eggs.
