  • 2 cups cooked lentils
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 Handful cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons chickpea flour
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • cumin, as needed


  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 180ºF.

  • Step 2

    Add all ingredients into a food processor, except the chickpea flour. Pulse until combined, but not pureé. Then stir in the flour. Form into small discs and bake 20 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Serve falafel with your favorite tahini dipping sauce and with a pita.
