Four Ingredient Crêpe

  • 2 cups spelt flour
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons agave


  • Step 1

    Add all the ingredients to your food processor and blend 30 minutes. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Heat a pan over medium-high heat and lightly coat with coconut oil. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of the batter, twirling it around to cover the whole bottom of the skillet.

  • Step 3

    Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the batter gets gold, then flip the crepe and cook the other side. Repeat.
