Inspired by Vincenzo Errico of Milk & Honey, NYC cocktail, this negroni has a classic fall twist with the addition of muddled grapes, adding sweetness and fragrance that will keep you wanting more.

  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce campari
  • 3/4 ounce lemon
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 4-5 grapes, muddled (green or red)


  • Step 1

    Add ingredients to a shaking tin, muddle grapes, add ice and shake. Double strain into a rocks glass over a large clear cube.
