ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup plant milk or water
  • frozen berries
  • hemp seeds, to top
  • any nut butter, to top
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 1-2 minutes, until oats have absorbed liquid and are cooked through.

  • Step 2

    Top with more nut butter, hemp seeds, chia seeds and enjoy.
