For the Base

ingredients

  • 50 grams oats
  • 25 grams vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup soy milk, or preferred non-dairy milk

For the Blueberry Filling

ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons blueberry jam
  • 1/4 cup yogurt

For the Biscoff Topping

ingredients

  • 20 grams biscoff
  • 5 grams coconut oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all of the ingredients for the oatmeal base into a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  • Step 2

    To make the blueberry filling, combine the jam and yogurt. Layer on top of the oat mixture, returning it to the refrigerator while you prepare the biscoff topping.

  • Step 3

    To make the topping, melt coconut oil then stir in biscoff spread. Mix until evenly combined (heating the mixture in the microwave as needed).

  • Step 4

    Pour the biscoff topping atop the blueberry filling and oatmeal. Let sit in the refrigerate 10 minutes before serving.
