We love potatoes in every form, but we especially love air fried potatoes like this Air Fryer Chili Potato dish! The potatoes are fried twice in the air fryer, resulting in a crispy texture.

Potatoes
ingredients
- 500 grams potatoes
- 1/4 cup pablo bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons chili oil
Sticky Chili Sauce
ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chili bean paste
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 3 tablespoons fresh coriander
- 1/4 cup oil
Method
Step 1
Peel, cut and boil the potatoes- drain, shake & coat with Pablo bread crumbs.
Step 2
Spray or brush the air fryer tray some oil. Place Pablo coated potatoes in a single layer, spray some more oil and cook.
Step 3
Air fry at 356°F for 10 minutes. Shake the potatoes & then cook at 400 F for an additional 10-12 minutes until potatoes are crispy and fork tender.
Step 4
Take the ingredients for the sticky chilli oil (except oil) in a bowl. Make sure that you take microwave proof bowl before you pour in the hot oil or use anything bowl that can withstand the heat. Heat the oil in a pan for 2 minutes and pour over carefully.
Step 5
Now take that bomb sticky chilli oil as much or as little you want & coat those crispy potatoes.
