Chipotle White Bean Hummus

"I genuinely thought it was Sunday up until about 11am today. I completely missed my pottery class because of it. Those of you who work from home: can you relate?! I unplugged for so long I completely lost track of the days. Definitely not a bad practice. Although I’m disappointed about weekly pottery. Thankfully there’s more to come— I love the way it feels in my hands. I’ve been craving hummus for a few weeks now, so I blended this one up real good and topped it with the things that I’ve always wanted in a hummus."
