Spaghetti Squash, Quinoa, & Cumin Waffles

"* I've always had this thing where if I find a new fruit/vegetable in the shops, I just have to get it. Once I got bitter melon ? but this time it's spaghetti squash and oh my, it's so good! I made these spaghetti squash, quinoa and cumin waffles with a coconut & cilantro dipping sauce."
